1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered in the following cases:
- Service was paid for but not rendered due to driver no-show.
- Duplicate payments made by mistake.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Service fees for completed trips are non-refundable. Partial hours are rounded to the nearest service block as per our pricing policy.
3. Process
To request a refund, please contact our support team at 9052014164 with your booking details. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.
4. Dispute Resolution
If you are unsatisfied with a service, please report the issue within 24 hours of the trip completion for investigation.
