Welcome to Chandu Drivers Services. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Service Agreement
Chandu Drivers Services acts as a facilitator providing professional drivers. The contract of service is between the customer and the service provider.
2. User Responsibilities
Customers must ensure that their vehicle is in good working condition and has valid insurance and registration documents. Chandu Drivers Services is not responsible for any mechanical failures of the vehicle.
3. Booking and Cancellation
Bookings should ideally be made in advance. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled time may incur a nominal fee.
4. Liability
While we provide police-verified and professional drivers, the vehicle owner’s insurance is primary in case of any road incidents. Chandu Drivers Services is not liable for any consequential loss or damage.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad.
